Studio Booking Policy Non-Refundable Payment All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Please ensure your plans are finalized before securing your reservation. Confirmation & Access You will be contacted prior to your scheduled appointment with the following: • The lockbox code • An instructional video explaining how to access and properly use the studio Studio Usage The studio is available for photography and video production services only. It is not an event space and may not be used for parties, gatherings, or other non-production-related activities. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. Studio Cleanliness The studio must be left in excellent condition after use. Please return all equipment, props, and furniture to their original placement. Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in loss of future booking privileges. Backdrop Paper Please handle seamless backdrop paper with care. Cutting the backdrop paper is strictly prohibited. A
