Founder: Sam Davis

My name is Sam Davis, founder of Studio Create. I am a proud father of three boys, a husband, and a creative who has spent over 12 years in the industry.

Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to work across fashion, corporate, and a wide range of creative spaces. I have seen the industry from multiple angles and even with that experience, I know what it feels like to lack community. Not just finding one, but finding a space where you can truly grow, learn, and create without judgment.

 

That gap is what led me to build something different.

Studio Create was born out of a need here in Detroit, a need for a space where creatives can show up as they are, create without limits, and express themselves freely. A place where you do not have to have it all figured out to belong.

​

As I continue to grow this brand and community, with God at the center, I am committed to expanding Studio Create into more locations and pouring back into the next generation of creatives coming behind me.

Studio Create is more than a space, it is a home for those who do not fit the mold. A place where artists and photographers can explore, experiment, and grow in an environment built on support, collaboration, and authenticity.
