Booking Policy Non-Refundable Payment All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. Please ensure your plans are final before securing your reservation. Confirmation & Access You will be contacted prior to your scheduled appointment with the following: The lockbox code An instructional video on how to access and use the studio Studio Usage The studio is available for photography and video services only. It is not an event space and may not be used for parties, gatherings, or other non-production-related activities. No smoking is allowed in the studio. Studio Cleanliness The studio must be left in excellent condition after use. Failure to maintain cleanliness may result in loss of future access to the studio. Backdrop Paper Please handle the seamless backdrop paper with care. Cutting the backdrop is strictly prohibited. Personal Items The studio is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
